Our Returns + Refund Policy - Domestic and International Orders

You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees). All returns will be made through our Return Portal. Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items

– Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.

– You will need to enter the Shopify Order Number, along with the email address that is attached to your Shopify order.

– The cost of returning the recharge will be automatically deducted from the refund.

– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.

– Any returns made after 30 days from the original shipping date will be applicable to store credit only, at its discretion.

– Excessively used products are not eligible for return.

– Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on this website exclusively. WE CANNOT RECEIVE RETURNS OR PROCESS EXCHANGES ON STURGEON PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAIL PARTNERS. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.

To complete a return:

– For domestic orders, enter order information (order number and email address) on our return portal here: Returns Portal

– For international orders, enter order information (order number and email address) on our return portal here: Int’l Returns Portal

– Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Use the original package (if possible) or a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.

– Your return will be processed upon arrival at our returns center (about 7-10 business days).

– We will send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your bank account.

– Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING GOODS AND ORDERS

  • We ship worldwide properly and regularly within 12 to 15 days. But in some countries, shipping is faster, due to the presence of sub-agents in those countries, and they are as follows:
  • Britain delivery within 4 days.
  • Switzerland within 4 days.
  • Turkey within 4 days.
  • The rest of Europe in 7 days.
  • Iraq within two days.
  • Brazil within two days.
  • America within a week.
  • T he rest of the world within 15 days.
